It is a Digital Advisory Voucher with an amount that you must use to hire advisory services. The amount varies depending on the size of your company:

The Designated Digital Advisor will be responsible for carrying out a series of activities to ensure the correct implementation of the basic data analysis plan:

- Analyze different AI tool options to exploit and visualize data, recommending the one that best suits your SME’s current situation and the investment needed for adoption.
- Establish valuable information from data processed with AI algorithms.
- Advise you on data exploitation through the chosen tool.
- Optionally, provide advice on data governance, management, and quality management processes according to UNE 0077 “Data Governance”, UNE 0078 “Data Management”, and UNE 0079 “Data Quality Management” standards.
- Develop and execute a business-adapted use case in basic data analysis.

- Define a medium- and long-term online sales and digital presence strategy (social media, search engine positioning, Google Analytics, etc.) using predictive models based on AI.
- Develop and execute a use case adapted to your SME using appropriate artificial intelligence techniques in the area of digital sales.
- Identify opportunities or possible uses of AI in the field of digital sales.

The Designated Digital Advisor will be responsible for carrying out a series of activities to ensure the proper implementation of improvements in business or production processes:
- Understand the strategic goals, key points, and objectives of your SME and align them with a focus on digitalization, the use of artificial intelligence, and the improvement of business processes (or, if applicable, the selected manufacturing process).
- Analyze the business processes you currently carry out to identify possible improvements. In the case of production processes, an analysis of the selected manufacturing process will be conducted to identify opportunities for efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Effectively communicate to your SME employees the strategic importance of process digitalization, highlighting how this not only optimizes daily work but also strengthens competitiveness.
- Provide specialized advice on business process management and artificial intelligence tools, covering areas from sales and human resources to project management, emphasizing specific solutions to improve efficiency and quality. If a manufacturing process has been chosen instead, advice will be given on tools and technology for optimizing and automating that production process.
