An online academy and virtual campus specialising in Military Psychology exam preparation

Marabelia created the bespoke web design and development for Psicomil, the Military Psychology Academy, a platform specialising in preparation for the competitive examinations required to join the Spanish Armed Forces as a Psychology Officer. The project needed to convey rigour, vocation, trust and expertise while also supporting students through a long and demanding academic journey. The website therefore combines a visual identity connected to the military sphere with approachable, motivating communication focused on candidates’ real needs.

The public-facing website clearly explains a highly specific competitive examination and helps visitors understand both the professional opportunities and each stage of the selection process. The section on Military Psychology Officer examinations organises information on general knowledge, physical tests, psychological assessment, medical examination, English, merits and the practical case study. Navigation, typographic hierarchy and visual blocks make a large volume of content easy to read without sacrificing clarity or conversion.

At the heart of the project is a complete online learning platform integrated into the website itself. We developed a WordPress virtual campus connected to an LMS and tailored specifically to Psicomil’s teaching method. The online Military Psychology examination preparation course brings together the syllabus, study plans, seminars, video conferences, examinations, practical cases, English resources, supplementary materials and audiovisual content in a single private environment.

One of the key developments is the access-plan system, which distinguishes between the complete course, the theory module and a monthly subscription. The platform shows each student the content included in their enrolment and displays notices when a resource is unavailable. This logic makes it possible to manage different learning levels from one campus without duplicating courses or complicating the user experience.

The platform connects to a shop for courses and preparation plans built with WooCommerce. Each purchase—one-off payment, monthly subscription or theory module—is linked to the appropriate permissions, integrating enrolment, recurring payments and content activation. Training is organised through monthly plans, scheduled content release, seminar search tools, audiovisual catalogues, a resource library, examinations and quizzes.

The private student area brings courses, messages, corrections and academic resources together in a protected environment. The development supports communication with the teaching team and personalised progress monitoring throughout preparation. The SEO strategy targets searches around Military Psychology academies, Military Psychology Officer examinations, online preparation and psychology case studies. The result is a bespoke web design, ecommerce and e-learning project that centralises lead generation, enrolment, training and student support.
