An audiovisual piece created for Laura Yerpes Interior Design Studio that transforms the word mindfulness into a visual and poetic play on calm, home, sensation and the importance of living in the present.

MIND · FULL · NESS: a mind filled with the present

The starting point is a familiar word—mindfulness—which takes on a new meaning when visually separated into MIND · FULL · NESS. The title turns language into imagery and opens a brief pause: an invitation to look, breathe and return to the present moment.

Home becomes more than a physical space. It is light, silence, material, balance and wellbeing: an intimate refuge that reflects who we are and can help us reconnect with ourselves.

Interior design, emotion and audiovisual storytelling

Through a serene, contemplative rhythm, the piece connects interior design with emotion. Every shot builds an atmosphere and shows how spaces can influence the way we feel, rest and live.

The MIND · FULL · NESS wordplay acts as a guiding thread and reinforces a simple idea: when we reduce the noise and pay attention to our surroundings, home can become a refuge, a pause and a place in which to meet ourselves.

An audiovisual poem about wellbeing

Rather than explaining an interior-design project, the film offers a sensory experience. Images, words and movement combine to create a pause within the noise of everyday life.

The result is an artistic, sensitive piece that expands Laura Yerpes’s visual universe and reflects her understanding of design: it is not only about creating interiors, but also about shaping emotions, experiences and ways of living in them.
