Gourmet visual identity and ecommerce for an olive oil and artisan food brand
At Marabelia, we created the visual identity and online shop for Oro y Olivo, a brand specialising in extra virgin olive oil, honey, olive pâtés and gourmet products. The project began with the logo: an organically inspired symbol paired with an elegant typeface and a palette of greens, olive tones and subtle gold accents. The result conveys nature, quality and tradition, connecting the brand with its crops and its roots in the Sierra de Enguera.
The identity was then translated into an online shop designed to present an extensive catalogue without losing clarity or visual consistency. Products are organised into categories—olive oil, honey, pâtés and gift packs—and the ecommerce experience includes search, filters, tags, quick view and a wishlist. Generous white space, product photography and carefully considered typography reinforce the premium positioning while making every variety, format and combination easy to find.
Product pages bring together imagery, price, key features, provenance, formats and purchase information in a simple, conversion-focused journey. The shop includes variable products, basket and customer account functionality, plus Spanish and English versions. Trust signals such as free delivery on orders over €60, 24–48-hour shipping and IFS Progress Food certification are also given clear visibility. The entire system is designed to provide an intuitive buying experience and make day-to-day catalogue management straightforward.
The web design and SEO strategy target searches related to buying olive oil online, premium EVOO, artisan honey, olive pâté and gourmet gift packs. The corporate section explains the brand’s organic farming, artisan production and product origins, while the blog expands on agriculture, varieties and the benefits of olive oil.
